In the times ahead there will be great shifts; there will be energetic changes to the gridlines beneath the Earth’s surface. Expect there to be internal conflict. Expect there to be internal shifts- consciousness as well as physicality. Do not be alarmed. Do not be fearful. It is important for each to understand the changing, the transitioning of Earth, her surface and her internal structure. It is important for each to understand their relation to the Earth in which they inhabit; to understand as the shifting of this Earth occurs, so the shifting of Humanity occurs simultaneously.

In order for each to shift without detriment; in order for each to shift with Peace, Oneness, Understanding, Love for one another, Love for each individual’s process, it is vital to shed weaknesses, limiting beliefs about the Self, fears, unnecessary thoughts, worries, attachments. Inner examination is at the utmost importance. Inner examination. Truthful examination.

Take time to examine your Truth, your true thoughts, intentions, actions. Take time to examine the inner Self, all aspects of the Self. Consider that there are many aspects that fuel negative thought patterns, negative behaviors, negative manifestation and attraction of energies. Consider that this is a possibility. In your Acknowledgment there will be shedding of these negative energies. In your Acknowledgment there will be healing. In your Acknowledgment there will be Ascension and room for expansion; expansion of the vibratory frequencies; attunement to the higher frequencies.

Each has a responsibility to themselves, to their loved ones, to the other beings on this planet, to examine truthfully without judgment. There is always a balance. There is always a balance. Remember, where there is high light there is low, darkness, darkness, sadness, disappointment, fear. Acknowledgment of both aspects teaches one how to maintain alignment with that which is in alignment with the True Source, True Source, True Source, Divinity.

In this time of gaining light, frequency, change; in these times approaching, be ever gentle. Be ever objective. Do not judge. Do not have negative, limiting thoughts of the Self, or others. Allow each in their time to align with the changing energies.
