healingaia's Integrative massage blends traditional massage techniques with energy release work. Hands on massage relieves tension and tightness from head to toe, while energy blocks if detected, are removed using specific energy release techniques. In this way, stress is alleviated on multiple levels, creating new space for deep relaxation and healing throughout the body.

The Integrative Massage is Your session. It is tailored to your specific needs; your body and energy are the guide and they determine how your session will unfold and what techniques are required. These sessions may include Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Body tapping and Energetic release techniques. Typically a full body massage is performed, but in some cases and with your approval, more attention will be given to a particular area in need.

After your session you will be given time to ground and center yourself in our relaxation lounge while enjoying complimentary organic, herbal tea and a gluten-free snack.
