This class is focused on release of emotions, feelings and energies attached to events that have caused trauma, blockage and inability to progress to one's Highest Potential.
Trauma can be triggered by many different experiences. This can be as simple as a child's first bruised knee or as complex and painful as the loss of a loved one. Over time, if the energies associated with these events are not fully released, they become locked into the cellular memory of our physical bodies and energy field, causing physical illnesses, unhealthy patterns and behaviors.
Unlocking the memories will allow One to move past the energetic cycle of pain & suffering; to prepare one’s awareness; connect to the lessons within each event & move ahead in Wisdom & Truth.

During this class you will receive step by step instruction on how to use a Channeled Essential Oil Blend blend designed for emotional release called Release & Restore. After practicing the meditation and energetic release techniques as a group, you will apply this method to your specific intention/trauma. As you do this, the Healing Repertoire will be invoked to assist you with your release work. A Group Healing will also be conducted assisting the group in removal of blockages and energetic debris, as well as providing transmission of energy to support each individual on their healing journey.
