CHANNELED REGIMEN & METHOD OF USE
Diffusion
Inhalation + Meditation (see below)

 

drop in palm

  • Pour 3 drops of Wellness Blend into palm of one hand


mix oils

  • With both hands, mix oils three times (move top hand in a full circle in a clock-wise motion)


inhale oil blend

  • Cup hands over nose and mouth and begin to take deep cleansing breaths
    • Inhale through the nose; Exhale through the mouth

  • Place hands and arms in Posture #1 formation

  • On the inhale, call to mind that which you wish to Create: the feelings, the environment, the needs
    • VISUALIZE

  • Move hands up to Posture #2 formation

  • Focus and call energy to hands

  • When you feel the energy surging in palms, place hands in #3 formation
    • Bring formation #3 down through the midline of the body, ending with hands in front of Heart Chakra (Posture #4)

  • Place hands and arms into Posture #5 and pause here for a moment
    • Hands are similar to Posture #1, however ring fingers are bent 90°, pointing towards the sky

  • With palms facing away, assume Posture #6
    • Circle your hands as shown bringing them above your head

  • With palms still facing away, slowly bring them down the midline of the body as in Posture #7 ending at the Heart Chakra

  • Place hands in Posture #8 formation in front of Heart Chakra (all fingertips touching except middle fingers, which are folded down and touching the opposite hand)
    • Pause here and take a few deep breaths

  • Finally, close by holding both hands in prayer position in front of the Heart Chakra, giving gratitude to yourself, your teachers, your mirrors, Mother Gaia and the Universe!
