SHIPPING

Packages are generally mailed within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS priority mail with online tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas shipping fees vary according to total weight and order size. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your backordered item(s) become available.

As part of our green commitment, your order may be shipped in new pcw recycled or biodegradable packaging or in material we received from incoming shipments.

RETURNS

We offer a very reasonable return policy, but we are a small business so we hope that you will respect that we would be much happier to help you find the products that are right for you before items are shipped. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us by email or phone and we will guide you as best we can! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it (unopened with the seals still intact where applicable) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for your purchase.

To return an item, repack the item in its original packaging if possible, and mail it via insured carrier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEX, or UPS) to:
